1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

• Items damaged due to misuse or wear

• Returns sent without prior approval

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs
